Hello! My name is Cha Cha and I’m a treasure hunter. I don’t look for pots of gold, though. For me, the treasure is in solving problems and facilitating seamless real estate transactions. My goal is to be part of transactions which leave all parties satisfied.
There’s no better place for me than Southern Arizona. My local roots go deep—I’ve lived in Amado and Tubac off and on since 1956. My father was born in Tucson in 1917, just five years after Arizona became a state. My grandmother was one of the first female REALTORS® in Tucson. And I graduated from the University of Arizona. Go Cats!
In other words, I know Green Valley and Tubac up close and personal. I know the communities, the properties, the terrain and the amenities. At one time I worked for a builder (so don’t forget me if you are looking to buy new), and I love the details of construction. I designed my home in Tubac and watched it go up. Real estate has been my profession since 1989. I joined Long Realty Company in 2006 best move ever.
Friends say I’m outgoing, a tireless problem solver, sort of funny, a great listener, and always on the go (with a name like Cha Cha, I’d better be!). They also say I’m willing to go way past what’s expected—I’m always glad to make home visits when an office visit or using a computer is difficult for a client. And because of the Long “family” I can refer you to an agent in Tucson, Buffalo, Panama or where ever. Just ask me.
My proudest moments are when sellers, who’ve put their faith in me, are able to move on or when buyers invite me to see how they’ve improved their new home and have made it their own.
Every successful transaction is a great accomplishment. That’s my treasure!
